This notice explains what Oaks Electrical & Renewables Ltd does with the personal information you give us through this website.
What we collect
If you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, site location and whatever you write in the message box. That is all — the site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, quote for work and, if you go ahead, to carry out and certify that work. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, or performance of a contract once you instruct us.
Who sees it
Our staff, and the form provider that delivers the message to our inbox. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to completed work, including test certificates, are kept for at least six years because we are required to.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk
