Commercial electrical work, done around your opening hours.
Supermarket and retail fit-out, temporary power supplies for schools, and insurance reinstatement — installed, tested and certified across the UK.
We work for
- National retailers
- Supermarket chains
- Schools & academy trusts
- Principal contractors
- Loss adjusters
- Facilities managers
Services
Three specialisms, one contractor.
We're a commercial contractor first. Most of our work happens in buildings that are still trading, still open, or still teaching.
Retail & shop fit-out
Refits and remodels for national supermarket chains, including Morrisons stores.
- Sub-mains, switchgear, distribution
- LED and emergency lighting
- Chiller and plant power
- Tills, EPOS and containment
Temporary power supplies
Our speciality. Schools nationwide, planned around half-terms and holidays.
- Builders supplies and site setups
- Generator hook-ups and changeover
- Modular classroom supplies
- Weekly inspection records
Insurance & reinstatement
Fire, flood and impact. Make-safe first, then the paperwork adjusters need.
- Emergency attendance and isolation
- Scope of works and pricing
- EICRs and claim reports
- Full and partial rewires
01 · Retail & commercial fit-out
The store opens at seven, whatever happened at two.
Most of our fit-out work happens in trading stores and occupied buildings. That means night shifts, phased isolations and a site left clean and safe for staff and customers in the morning. We've delivered refits and remodels for national supermarket chains, including Morrisons stores.

- Shell fit-out, sub-mains and distribution boards
- Switchgear, isolators and containment
- LED lighting installation and upgrades
- Emergency lighting installation and testing
- Chiller, refrigeration and plant power
- Tills, EPOS, data containment and comms cabling
- Temporary lighting and power during phased works
- Testing, certification and O&M handover
Working live. Every job is issued with RAMS before we start, isolations are agreed in writing with the store or site manager, and we work to whatever access window you set — nights, early mornings or full closures.
02 · Temporary power supplies
A school can't lose its supply mid-term.
Temporary power is a speciality of ours, and schools are where we do most of it — nationwide. Refurbishments, extensions, modular classrooms, DNO changeovers and emergency loss of supply. We design it, install it, maintain it while it's in, and strip it out cleanly at the end.
More on temporary power- Temporary builders supplies and full site setups
- Generator hook-ups, changeover panels and load banks
- Modular and temporary classroom supplies
- Hall, kitchen and exam-room power
- 63A and 125A distribution, festoon and task lighting
- Emergency response to loss of supply
- Weekly inspections and RCD test records
- Decommissioning, reinstatement and making good
Planned to the academic calendar. Most school works land in half-terms and the summer holidays, so we survey early, pre-order long-lead items and programme the install to the days you actually have. Engineers on school sites are DBS checked.
03 · Insurance & reinstatement
Make safe first. Paperwork right behind it.
Fire, flood, impact and escape of water. We attend, isolate and make the property safe, then scope, price and carry out the reinstatement — with the reports, photographs and certificates loss adjusters and claims handlers need to settle.
More on insurance work- Emergency attendance, isolation and make-safe
- Damage assessment and itemised scope of works
- EICRs and condition reports for claims
- Full and partial rewires
- Consumer unit and distribution board replacement
- Temporary supplies while a property is dried out
- Photographic evidence and written reporting
- Direct liaison with adjusters, brokers and contractors
One point of contact. You get a named engineer on the job and a written trail from first attendance to final certificate, so the claim isn't held up waiting on electrical evidence.
04 · Renewables & energy
The renewables half of the name.
For clients who want to bring consumption down while the electrics are open anyway. We handle the survey, the load assessment, the install and the notification.

- Our own engineers — we don't sub the work out
